Using NLP for Continuous Change

Using NLP for continuous change and improvement is one of the best uses for this technology.  Most people only strive to change things until they reach a certain threshold and then they are satisfied, but for some people they realize the best way, is to strive for continuous change everyday.

There are many techniques that you can use for continuous change.  Many techniques you have to consciously think about, but the beauty of NLP is that you can program your subconscious mind to continually improve.

You can use NLP self-hypnosis to imbed commands into your subconscious that it should always be striving for continuous change.

Another technique could be using anchoring to automatically fire off feelings of desire that continuous change and improvement is what you want.

Still another powerful technique is to write stories or find stories where the underlying theme is continuous change.  The beauty of story telling is that your subconscious mind does not object to the implanting, because it seems like you are just reading a story.
